Insee Sessions – en

Since 2023, the Ensai Forum Association has initiated the Insee Sessions. The goal is to present to the civil servant students at Ensai (who hold the position of trainee statistical officer at Insee) their future in the Public Statistical System (SSP).

Why

Public statistics are opaque for many attached students at ENSAI. The goal is to meet a strong demand for information from the students. Therefore, it seems essential to provide all the keys and knowledge about the vast and varied professional environment of Insee.

Terms and conditions

About two Insee Sessions are organized each month. Each Insee Session consists of a presentation part by the speaker about their service and/or division (lasting about 30/40 minutes), followed by a question and answer session (20/30 minutes). Our goal is to vary the speakers, meaning we try to bring in various services and divisions such as the Ministerial Statistical Services (SSM) in Justice, Health, Labor, Defense, etc. We also aim to have speakers from Insee, whether from the General Directorate or the Regional Directorates (Metropolitan and Overseas).
